(Good thing!)<br /><br />I read down. Your mom's situation is a lot like my dad's was. He had a broken hip at 94 that couldn't be fixed. He had to be either in a wheel chair or bed then for the last three years of his life.<br /><br />Gunnar is a big help isn't he!<br />I'm the hugging kind so I were there I would have a big hug for you and Mom. I read it first...The poem hits a chord deep inside. I read it first in Norwegian, not even knowing what all the words were, and then in English. It's beautiful in both languages.
