Cocoon life

These past weeks life has been a bit too much to all of us.
My mother severely injured after a nasty fall , my aunt and uncle dead within a week, over night visits from favourite cousin Arne and friends of Serina; a looping rollercoaster. Still there's a funural to attend to, while Serina is keeping my mother with company.
After that I shall take the round and thank each and everyone of you who have prayed for us and shared encouraging words.
I know that is why we are still able to find some breathing holes, like this one on the terrace with sweet Amidala.

This summer has been difficult for you and your family. Painful, tearful. And somehow you find strength to send us a picture of peace and contentment. "Felisol and Amidala".

So we can breath relaxed, knowing you are not in despair. As we all know, a Loving god is in charge of everything.

Also, that life begins for us at the time of our earthly death. This post inspires all who read. Thank you. And a special
PEACE!

My goodness, Felisol, you have been going through such heavy waters!

Your mother's fall sounds really serious. I hope she recovers quickly.

I'm glad Gunnar and Serina have been such a support for you in those troubled times.

I've missed your blog postings and I hope things will straighten out enough for you resume spreading your particular brand of beauty again.

So I had to re-read your last post about losing your uncle as well as your aunt .. a double heartache for loss indeed. I am praying that the Lord allows you many more 'breathing holes' in the days and weeks ahead. Sometimes when it rains it pours. May God be your rudder and keep you afloat in your summer that is trying the soul.

Hugs and much love,

Cathy

Dear Felisol,
My other comment was written from my sister's laptop - so, that explains why the name is different.

Blessings of comfort and peace surround you at this difficult time.

I'm sorry to hear about the bad and tragic things that happened in your family.
I believe you have the strength to endure it all, and I see that you also have a faithful friend. Animals can feel when we are sad and in difficult moments they know to be best friends.

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers

Hi Felisol ~~ You certainly have been having more than your share of grief. Also you have more than your share of friends praying for you and your family that all this will be bearable for you through God's help.

God will not allow you to go through this without His help. At times like this you can rely on Him just as Paul did when his trial was bigger than his ability to endure. He offered an explanation. “But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, ..." (2 Corinthians 1:9)

How difficult it has been for you and your loved ones and now Serina is leaving to return to school, as well. The heart can only take so much and then it's hibernation time. Fall/Winter is arriving just in time. God bless you and may His Holy Mother hold you in her arms.
