SEPIA SIGN

In Kensington Garden, along the Serpentine, road marks like this were implanted in the asphalt.

What grip my by the heart, was that someone carefully had seen to, that the former Princess Diana had been give back her lost title and dignity.
There were a Diana Princess of Wales Memorial walk, a ditto fountain and last but not least; playground.
Kensington Garden is leading up to Kensington Palace where Princess Diana lived also after her marriage had broken up. The Palace is now being redecorated for Prince William and his wife to be.
Only 19% sepia in this picture.

Teach Mary is the host of Sepia Scenes, visit her.

dear felisol...princess diana was so very dear to my heart...and this is so nice that you got to see this and so very nice that you sent the postcard to me of lady diana...thank you so much.
you know, all through my life, i have adored the royal family and in fact i used to write to the queen..i got five replies from her, five letters that i cherish...of course her ladies in waiting were the ones that wrote her words but i still treasure them!...two of those letters were signed by lady susan hussey,...and years later that lady was a godmother to prince william...
after what they did to princess diana and they did not protect her and cherish her like they should have, my love kind of cooled towards them...she SHOULD have been cherished but she wasn't!
to my way of thinking the nicest people in the royal family were the queen mother and lady diana!
thanks so much for the lovely picture of her felisol..you are my bestest friend!
love terry

ps..mom and dad golden really like the post card that you sent...i am going to post it later on my blog....

Your observation is so heart-felt, so to the point. She will always be remembered as Princess of Wales even if the title was taken from her.

Thank you for taking us down memory lane.

Lady Di was an outsranding woman.

I heard the wedding commentary on BBC Radio years ago - we did not have a TV then, my British friend sent me memorial brochures.

This time around I will watch th e royal wedding on April 29th.

I envy the crisp photos you post all the time. Mine are always fuzzy. Good job.

Dear John c,
I owe my pictures to my camera, Cannon Powershot G11. (Now there's a better one G12)-
I always said a cheep cell phone cam was god enough for my housewife shots, but Gunnar finally talked me in to buying a semi- automati.
I've had much more fun taking pictures since then, though I still use my cell phone too.
