ISRAEL

Isaih 54:
17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their due reward from Me, saith the LORD.

The Norwegian Labour Party was an active co-player when the State of Israel,
Eretz Israel, finally was declared independent May 14th 1948.
Trygve Lie, the first secretary general in the UN was an active helper in getting the state Israel approved by the UN.

We used to be proud about that. After all, Norway as a Protestant state had no good record in dealing with the "People of Royal Blood,"which is Terry's term for Jews. It was actually until the law of 1848 that Jews and Jesuits were allowed in the Kingdom of Norway. That's probably why there were so few for the Nazis to send to the concentration camps, for the final solution, as Holocaust was called.

He who doesn't remember history, is bound to re-live it.
These days England's Tony Blair is conspiring with our own foreign minister, the very charming Gard Store, how to take Israeli land away from the Jews.
History hasn't changed, but the world needs oil and money. Israel has neither, but her enemies have.

Isaiah 28:16 New American Standard Bible (© 1995)
Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a tested stone, A costly cornerstone for the foundation, firmly placed. He who believes in it will not be disturbed.

Let's make no mistake neither be misled in the days to come.
To quote Steve E; God is still in charge.
The Arch of Titus in Capitol, Rome, with the Menorah to the right. Erected to celebrate the destruction of the State of Israel.
The beginning to the end of the Roman Empire.

Thank you, thank you. Words cannot describe the joy in my heart after reading this post.

One more voice that will speak up for Israel... one more blog that will declare "I am standing with Israel, and believing in her full restoration, as the God of Abraham has promised."

Thank you for the lovely picture... but so sad the outcome.

To build a monument to commemorate the destruction of the nation of Israel is the same monument that stands as silent witness to the consequences of that choice.

I have been waiting for this post, ever since I saw its title on my blog sidebar a few days ago. But I assumed you changed your mind about it.

Blessing on your day, dear friend.

Love
Lidj

Dear Lidj,
I needed some time to write this post.
I usually just write and publishes. Gunnar is always shocked by the sloppy way I'm writing.
Sometimes, pretty often, really, I detect major faults and have to repost my writings. That is embarrassing, but if I should have used more time, been more thorough, I wouldn't have finished anything.
After all my awake hours are very limited, and my slogan is Carpe Horum.
Israel is different. Israel needs care and proper presentation.
It was not by far my very best, but I hope it was descent, and that my strong feelings about Israel are clear to the readers of my blog.
Yours Felisol

For many years Israel and India were not on friendly terms, but govt.Because of the Palestinian problem. stance changed in the 80s and now we have very good relationship with them.

Thousands of Israeli tourists come to India in the winter, but sadly they are aftyer exotic experiences and experimenting with eastern philosophy and religion.

That is a lovely photo.

The Jews are God' s people. The Romans who predicted their extinction - where are they now???

This is truly a much needed breath of fresh air .. reality check .. and promise of God about and for His promised land and people. I was quite upset when our president recently met the PM of Israel and tried to force him in a box .. the U.S. has historically been an ally of Israel .. this new turn makes me sick to my stomach.

Dear Terry,
I am so flattered, I almost feel like the dog Snoopy swirling around himself from utter joy.

The picture was taken 6 years ago-, Gunnar's and mine first trip abroad without daughter Serina. She was on a tour in eastern Europe with her gospel choir.
Anyway; this is me posing in a lucky moment on capitol at the age of 55.
All my wrinkles well hidden behind the Ray Ban shades.
The larger glasses, the better pictures of me.
